We are a Family Custom Jewelry Company not a large Corporation.We hand craft each piece of jewelry as it is ordered. We will make every effort to make this a good Shopping Experience, We realize we can't please everyone but we will try, Please give us the chance to make your shopping experience a good one with Magnetic Bracelets Etc. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns. We stand behind our Jewelry, If we make a mistake, we will do everything we can to make it right!

We are not responsible if you loose your Jewelry, please be careful when wearing your Magnetic jewelry, realize it will stick to things. If your going to be doing heavy work, wear a tennis stretchy wrist band cloth over your bracelet to help prevent losing it or Just wear it later after your done with working. Magnetic Jewelry is like all jewelry, dropping it can cause damage.

We sell Online only or at Craft Shows

All Sales are final. Our jewelry is Custom Hand Made for each order as its received. Please refer to the 'What size to order note' on each page of our catalog before placing your order.

If you have ordered the incorrect size on a bracelet and wish to exchange it for another size, there will be a $5.00 charge to re-make the bracelet + S/H $6.50 on Items under $25.00, $7.50 for S/H if item is over $25.00.

You will need to Contact Us BEFORE you return any items for Instructions on your individual return. We only accept US Money Orders and or Pay Pal for these returns and/or repairs. You will also need our Repair Shipping Address, we will give this to you after corresponding with you and making arrangements for the repair.

All repairs or Size exchanges may take up to 1-2 weeks to complete and returned to you. Thank you for your understanding.

If you need a Jewelry repair. Please contact us with the nature of the break and we can give you an Estimate on the cost of the repair (Minimal). We ask that you ship the item to us and pay the return postage plus the repair fee. We only accept US Money Orders or Pay Pal for these repairs. Thank you for your cooperation.

The repair fee is $ 5.00 per strand plus standard shipping fees.

Our Jewelry is made with 100% Magnetite Magnetic Beads every magnetic piece we make has at least 7500 gauss or more.The Magnetic clasps start with a minimum 3500-5000 Gauss or more depending on the size. We buy from reputable Wholesalers in the U.S., who can verify that our product meets minimum measurable Standards of Gauss for Magnetite Magnetic beads.

We use Black, Colored & Pearlized Magnetic Magnetite Beads,14 k Gold Plated Beads and Sterling Silver Beads, Semi-Precious Beads Swarovski Crystals and Roundels. Colored Imported Glass Beads, Fiber Optic Beads & High Quality Accent Beads that make our Jewelry Unique.

All of our Magnetic Jewelry is made with our special Easy Snap on Magnetic Clasps, no fumbling with tricky catches. They just "Snap" together. Very helpful if you have Arthritis.

We ship on Wednesday's, usually, it can depend on the work flow. (Please allow extra time for shipping around any Holiday) Please Remember this is Custom Handcrafted Jewelry, we make up the order upon receiving it. We do our best to get orders out as quickly as possible. Usually items are shipped with in one week. If you need it sooner, fell free to contact us. We'll do our best to accommodate your needs. All sales are final as each piece is custom made just for you.

During the Holidays: We recommend you shop at least 2 weeks before Christmas. We ship Priority Mail in December. The Post office sometimes takes up to 10 days to get Priority Mail delivered. So, please allow for plenty of time for Shipping at Christmas time.
